    • Eli Tsinovoi is a Senior Consultant for EY whose role is to build and execute strategies for companies seeking to transform and enhance their IT organizations. His view of the “complete” IT organization is a focus on the future transition from IT as a cost center, to a key business partner providing profitable internal & external solutions along with its historical role as a core support services provider.

      Eli has worked in both the manufacturing and IT consulting industry for the past 4 years. During this time he worked closely with clients in various industries affording me the opportunity to learn about management, fostering successful client relationships, professionalism and team work. Through his experience he has learned that he is especially skilled at solving business problems by identifying the client objectives and creating quality work products and outcomes for valuable results.

    • Matt Blair has many years of direct experience in advising clients on organizational change topics including business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications management, change network facilitation and learning strategy. He applies his passions and skills by using themes related to clarity, cognition and repetition – leveraging behavioral research to build evidence-based readiness and adoption strategies for large organizational changes.

      He graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a bachelors in finance and accounting, and later a masters in business information systems. His industry experience spans finance, health care, general services and oil & gas. Matt uses his breadth of experience to create tailored transformation strategies for the people in the organizations of his clients.
